HTMT BPO is number 13 rank. What ever there employees are notatall happy as poor management , Pathetic HR department , dirty politics when it comes to promotion , and above all " ONE OF THE LOWEST PAYING BPO IN INDIA " there is no salary hike in HGSL BPO, and espcially the Banglore Chamundi(POLO) BPO center of HGSL is the worst

Pathetic HR Hiring.........they something else and give something else......I have hired as a Team Manager and later on changed to Sr. Analysts lower band which I was previously with GENPACT. Very Bad HR People....from bottom to top

Good scope

Yeh it's true that there is a good scope in BPO sector, but is there any one to check there satisfaction survey of their employees, no one. This could be done by the upper management every six month, so that if one could make a career in this, then he must not afraid of being saccked by foolish HR and Seniors

HCL BPO was No 3 a few years back and now it has dropped to no 8 , all because of poor management , Pathetic HR department , dirty politics when it comes to promotion , and above all " ONE OF THE LOWEST PAYING CALLCENTRES IN INDIA " there is no salary hike in HCL BPO, and espcially the Chennai BPO center of HCL is the worst , if u look at the road leading to HCL BPO chennai , u will get an indication of the BPO would be. HCL always says Employees first but if you work there you will realise that its just the opposite : Employess last but Dumb managers first , they dont even do half the work of a normal calltaking agent but earn in lackhs. I would not recommend anyone to join HCL BPO.

aegis stepped down from 5 last year to 13 current 2007 only due to management concept, corruption and failure to recognise people
