And who is gonna pay the taxes????
by mr q on Jan 24, 2007 06:12 AM

hi,

nice to see that u can plan a outlay for 30 lacs...and make it work...but what about the taxes???...if he is going to declare 30 lac as his income - he will def. have to pay over 9 lac as taxes..(assuming he is in the higest bracket)...so straight away u r talking of 21 lac as his disposalble income...now plan and show the rest as it comes!!

ciao,

Q

Lage raho Vipul bhai

Vipul's plan of living is better. The opinion of consultants vary as the astrologers. With such money and income Vipul deserves to live as he pleases.

something missing in the calculations
by Ramesh Bhawnani on Jan 24, 2007 12:34 AM

Investment strategy as suggested to meet few goals and not the enitre set of goals. Strategists have not taken into consideration about Rakesh's marriage related expenses into an account which could be anywhere between 30-70 lakhs. Vipul has to meet all the expenses in next 5 years.

Very least percentage of people in India may be earning such income. Why dont you publish investment strategies keeping middle class people in view who forms major chunk in our socity

Articles on middle class please......
by Gopal Balsubramanian on Jan 23, 2007 07:28 PM

I agree with my colleagues over here. If anything happens to a rich guy, he knows how to tackle it... Please advise for "the worried common man for future" who has income bracket of 1-5 lacs per year.
Overall the above article is good, but India is a country of more BPL and Middle class people.

Thanks
