The Indian govt has to ask itself why it's possible to manufacture and export goods more cheaply in China than in India. It must also ponder why so many MNC are still rushing to pump tens of billions of FDI into China, as opposed to India, a country with hundreds of millions of poverty-sricken unemployed and underemloyed, who are living in filth and squalor.
