Wockhardt acquiring not only Morton Grove, but dangerous products and lawsuits
by on Dec 31, 2007 11:55 PM

The big question is Wockhardt going to sell Lindane? Or will they do right and find a less toxic headlice/scabies treatment?

Many states have legislation to ban lindane.

It is not only the most toxic treatment, the most costly, but is blackboxed by the FDA to be used with caution and as a second line treatment on anyone under 110 lbs, which is most children.

Wockhardt is taking on alot of legal problems by acquiring Morton Grove. Not only the lindane issue, which in itself is big, but now Morton Grove is being sued for the death of an infant due to its "cough medication" which they stated earlier they had no knowledge of.

I hope Wockhardt gets rid of these two dangerous products.
