Hello Rahul, I am 27 yr. old do not have any term insurance plans. Planning to purchase a house/flat on home loan. So now,
Shall I get a separate term insurance plan, OR is it wise to have a "insurance on home loan" (insurance that comes with home loan along with other riders) ? What difference you see in above two options purposewise ? Taking both may limit my monthly savings.
I do have a money back policy and a ulip. However, Now I understand that Money back policies are not smart investment. Shall I surrender Money Back policy (going to complete 3 yrs.) ? Can you please recommend few good MF SIP options ? Thanks a lot, Dhiraj
