View on insurance and investment

Hello Rahul,
I am 27 yr. old do not have any term insurance plans. Planning to purchase a house/flat on home loan. So now,

Shall I get a separate term insurance plan, OR is it wise to have a "insurance on home loan" (insurance that comes with home loan along with other riders) ? What difference you see in above two options purposewise ? Taking both may limit my monthly savings.

I do have a money back policy and a ulip. However, Now I understand that Money back policies are not smart investment. Shall I surrender Money Back policy (going to complete 3 yrs.) ? Can you please recommend few good MF SIP options ?
Thanks a lot,
Dhiraj

Either that is for short term or long term, wont matter. But, short tearm will be prefered. Could you please suggest any such scheme to me.

all the funds are used for horse trading like stock market for a handful of billioners, exploiting young youth for high interest credit cards and presonal loans.Sad is public sector banks is also part of this mafia,if a odinary man wants to get loan for business or some purpose? its lot of critarias or surrender to pawn broking looters who even suck blood of Humans.
