Whatever people say about Naresh Goyal, I still consider him for bringing about the airline revolution in India, without him being in the industry for the last 15 yrs as Jet Airways (he has many, many prior exp as a GSA for several airlines) it must have been difficult for other players to fathom the growth potential of the Indian aviation industry. We would be still flying in rickety old planes of Air India and Indian Airlines Such a large number of exits may not be good. What is Jet Airways HR Head doing buddy? Can we help Jet arrest this attrition?

True! it is sad that CEO is leaving Jet. But then , I guess, Wolfgang may have nothing more to offer for the developement of Jet. It is time to move on. I am sure Jet will find a successor who is more capable and can bring new life to compete with Kingfisher.
