Waste Of Money!!

Every Indian travelling to-from US is aware of his/her flight options.
Spend the money for promotional airfare pricing & ensure that the customer is the Maharajah & not the poor servant at the mercy of the callous AI staff.
Recent A-I horror story. 15 passengers on A-I flight via Singapore to Los-Angeles were stuck at Singapore for 2 days since the connection from Singapore was missed by A-I.
Every patriotic Indian wants to travel by A-I but does not have it as the first option due to the horrendous service & devil-may-care attitude.

Even if some one offered me a million dollars with a free Air-ticket, I will never ever fly AIR INDIA in my life time again, God forbid, unless it is extremely-extremely urgent or I have absoutely no other option, such as all the other Airlines in the world are on strike and Air India is the only air line running. I traveled once and had such a horrendous experience, that I vowed no matter what happens, I won't even ask my enemy to travel by Air India. Before spending money on useless promos, AI must fix the root cause of the problems. Delayed flights, customer service which is worst than none, are some of the factors that AI needs to fix first, then and only then they should spend on promos. No one cares about your bill boards, but everyone cares how they are treated after spending their hard earned money, but again I am only a little guy who travels once or twice a year, so why bother. If it is running, don't fix it. Thanks

Waste of Money

Before wasting your money in ads, here is a list of things to do :-
1) First fire all the 100 year old Gramma airhostesses.

2) Improve your staff's attitude towards travellers.

3) Improve in-flight services.

4) Look at other airlines and emulate their service.

Regards
KURT
