What is the point in openiong a space institute? Aerospace Engineering is taught 4 IIT's & in IISc in the undergraguate as well as in the postgraduate level. But every year 90% of them either go to a software job or to some management institute. Government should lure them to join space organisation in stead of spending crores of money in opening a new institute. If it is felt too necessary to open an institute it should be only for PhD scholars.
TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT- DEVELOPING COUNTRIES Since 1989 , I pointed out clearly - Space Technologies -R&D Lead the way followed by Nuclear -Plasma R&D . Wisdom should prevail in advance to support Intellectuals. A modified advanced structure holds the Key Vidyardhi Nanduri Cosmology Research and Invention Promotion
Idea is good. But how many of the Space scientists will work for India ? Similar to the case of IITs and IIMs, they will just find their heaven in some wetern countires.

It is very nice to hear something very interesting. How can one apply for a course there? What are qualifications one should have to apply for it? Such much more important details are missing in the reports.
I am ready to dedicate all my knowledge, intellectual as well as physical capacities for the good of this country. I am also sure that there will be a lot of other students who are really fond of this field being ready to work here after the course if we can provide an oppertunity for them here.
Hope there is no reservation for all the castes here too...Otherwise all our rockets will dig holes and reach the center of the earth, rather than going upward!!!
