Thanks for publishing such a thoughtful article. This reminds me of my convocation speech by Mr. Damodaran of SEBI. It was very inspiring and I believe it changed my way of thinking.
I request rediff to try and publish as many convocation speeches as possible as they are very unique and gives directions to people who are fixed in routines of daily life.
Although Rediff does publish some very stupid articles, and credits itself with "international-level-professional-paparazzi", when it comes to the movies section, it does a splendid job in providing articles like these, which make you sit up, and think. Similar articles like our PM's speech at the US Congress, FM's speech at a recent conference held in India are motiviting and inspiring enough for people to think with a nationalistic viewpoint. Thank you very much for posting such articles.I am also looking forward to President Kalam's address to the European Union in the coming days. Keep up the good work !
I believed in most of you said here about implementing western management practices... but did not know how to explain to others. By seeing examples you cited, now it give me more clarity and hopefully help me to put my point forward.

This is a really a good article that I read after a long time. And this is also a good speech for aspiring and budding IIM managers. Most of the people aspires to join IIM to make quick buck not to make difference.. Rediff CEO had opened the eyes of many. I'm really impressed by his speech.
