Beauty in Simplicity

All that needed to be done is to get the small things in line and the big things would naturally accumulate.
The Japanese Corporate Straegy of "Kaizen" implemented by both able but never spoken of misnisters(as capable visionaries), Mr. Laloo Prasad & Mr. Nitish Kumar is an example; that shows that even the worst can outshine when given the right opportunity and responsibility. Hope their past doesnt catch up and they continue on this virtuous track towards making their state and in turn their country a better place for everyone to inhabit.
Great job on the article, finally something nice to read about the State.

Good start.... hope for never end
by Sharvan Kumar on Oct 02, 2006 09:47 AM

If it really what is happening in Bihar then Nitish Kumar is definately going to rewrite the history of Bihar. But in my last visit to Patna just after taking over the charge by Nitish Kumar I did see the same things what were happening in Lalu (Now I can say him Lalloo too) raj. But if it is changing then there is nothing better than that.

My good wishes are with the current state government. Upon my return to India I will definately visit Patna my native place to see the changes.

It is really unbelievable whatever going on in Bihar as a law reform; reform in education system and in every field. Is it real or just a flattering action to coax the voter for the next election? Is it sustainable for long time? Anyway whatever happening currently sounds good, if it last for always. If it is the case this state, it will be one of the beautiful state of India.

An Insight into Changing Bihar
by Birendra Kumar on Oct 01, 2006 01:51 AM

I am glad to know that now national dailies are giving importance to Bihar and its news too. for every business community, they need to understand that Bihar possess the growth and oppeortunity of investment and return on it more than any state in India.

Nitish's govt promises looks very good, but as Deepak Dasgupta said, its not the initiative but the sustainable developement that would change Bihar. we know that promises alone would not change the fate of bihari's but every bihari's from all over the world has to be a part of it.

We need to understand the mindset of poor biharis, we can't change it overnight, but we can initiate the process which will eventually change it.

Lets hope that the time will come when Bihar would be at its best as it was in the past.

Birendra Kumar, Los Angeles, USA
