China is not a market economy and may not be for some time to come - Indian businesses will always be under-sold by the dragons, as no one knows the real costs to produce a pair of shoes or a shirt or anything, as any figure given by the dragons will not include the direct and indirect subsidies and all the other associated perks. China's economic policy is analogous to parents starving their children in order to sell their produce to make money to buy friends who may be of help to them down the road. Yep, profits may not be their main concern, but cornering the market is.
