Reservation should be based only on ACTUAL Financial Status of the Canditate and NO Caste or Religion play any role for that. Many of the Private Industries are under severe pressure to preform well to meet their demands. The quota will bury them instantly- killing some more deserving or existing workers. Do we need that?
Firstly let all the Political Leaders STICK to their promise and their Party - by which they became Leaders for the 5 year tenure and speak about the quota etc., They never fulfill their promise and how they can demand like this?
We need a amendment in the People's Act that any person elected by some political party should not leave the Party for his personal reasons and should fulfill the promise given to the Public within the time frame. Otherwise, they should not allowed to contest for 10 years minimum, so that the other person will think atleast, before doing some mistakes.
They should be made accountable in all accounts, so that we can see a new India.

The primary goal of the reservation system has been changed for the benefits of the political parties. It should not be based on religion/caste. It should be based on income and limited to one from the family. It is very funny that govt wants to make a law to implement reservations in private sector, when it failed to empoly all the vacant posts designated for reservations. Wake up India at least NOW and fight otherwise there will be no students, no companies, no employees and even no one to server i.e Govt.

Secondly, why should private sector companies implement reservations? In this competetive business world every one would like to employ merit candidates not some dumb people. Finally it is very funny that Govt wants to make a law on this where it failed to fill posts especially designated for reservations. It clearly tells that even after making law, there are no skilled people to fill those vacancies. Come on India wake up now and fight otherwise it will end up in 200% reservations means all posts are vacant. There will be no students,no companies, no employees and even no one to serve i.e Govt.
It is better to give separate states for sc/st instead of implementing job quotas by force when private sector is not interested.If separate states are given, then they can improve themselves, they can rule themselves and they can create jobs themselves for them. So it is better to give separate states for sc/st people instead of begging job quota in private sector and revise the Poona pact-1932 between Dr.Ambedkar and Mahatma Gandhi. Sir, Reservation is good, ONLY for 'well off' SC,ST,OBC and NOT the 'deprived' among them.Only the poor SC,ST,OBC and other castes be given 'preferencial treatment'. No indian will have any grudge to that. To instill confidence and self pride among beneficiaries, they should be encouraged to study in special school run by indstruial houses and the govt to enhance their potential. Good among them be trained by the industry and the govt, to reach the benchmark of entry to IITs,IIMs and other institutions. Aim should be to enhance the competence of the deprived and NOT to lower the benchmark for reseved categories. It will instill confidence among the 'deprived' who will not suffer the envy of others and have no guilt of snatching the chances of others. Indian children will not get divided on castelines. Most importantly,well off among the SC,ST and OBC will not be able to deprive the poors in their clan. Politics in the name of resevation is dividing the children on caste lines thus damaging the fabric of the nation. Sonia does not and Arjun,Lalu,Mulayam and the like do not want to understand it, as it keeps their chair intact. Supreme court and President must intervene.
Well Govt. Ministers like Arjun Singh and Kamal Nath juast wantto play dirty poilitics they really dont want too do anyhting beneficial for disadavantaged well its right decision by India Inc to tarined them and do some good things for them instead of quota, still why we dotn understand than we need coomon rules for every person
First of all Quota must be introduced in Cabinet and Ploitical Parties. It must be also applicable in Film Industry,sports,. General category candidate must be restricted from any kind of job by an act of parliament. All the rewards should be given only to Dalits.
Instead of doing this, the corporate sector can set help set up schools and colleges in backward districts by funding gradually. This will be much more of an affirmative action than anything else. The students can choose their own path in their lives after this education.
Dear Sir, this is really unfair deal from Central Government. The ministers in this government seems to be crazy about publicity and sensation.First Arjun singh and now Anthule. Sir, why these guys only talking for the Backward caste and minority? there are 90% poor guys in uppercaste also.Why these guys are not bothered about them? these things are pure vote bank politics.
