The article is certainly worth reading. It is true that networking really helps in finding job today. However in a few years from now, the genX would have found that it is easier to startup a new business why not may be a 'Paan-Beedi/auto garage' shop which gives pays better than actually doing a lot of hard work in find a job/employment. So in the upcoming years to come it may be more difficult to find skilled workers than employers.
