India is giving U.S.A the test of it's own medicines. it was U.s.A policy to outsourse jobs to india in order to get full advantage of chief manpower . now its crying foul. it does n't make any sence. its really preposterous. it was bound to happen and u can't blame india for this instead u should ask the mncs .its apparent india is their bread and butter . its bound to happen in a country so rich in english speaking human resources and high class engineers capable of turning the table to their side . so there is no point in making a hue and cry instead it should introspect .

Interesting study!

This study is interesting and I believe it is natural.
However I disagree that automation will result in job cuttings. Nothing is going to remain unchanged/constat in this world (especially in tech world). So companies can't afford to sit quite after automating (currently repetitive) things. They will have to move on to new technologies and they need people to automate that too.

Automation is just to handle repetitive stuff (brainless stuff). If a company wants to fully rely on automation(brailess stuff as I say), that would be the death call for itself.

In fact Automation helps people work on some smart stuff.
