If the same flow of is going to continue with recruiting the less educated people on lesser salary without the capacity to understand the things moving around obviously the industry is going to look for people those who can provide qualitative work. What I feel is, the industry will have to think of employees those who are with them since long time mean to say that employee retention which is one of the biggest threats for the industry as the attrition rate is alarming in this industry.
