Since I have worked on certain hospitality projecgts as a business consultant, I can definitely vouch for the fact that there is a strong visible boom in the hotel industry in India. There would definitely be a shortage of skilled man power and the hotels (especially the luxury ones) would definitely pay significantly for skilled employees.
Even presently, HR costs account for close to a third of the hotel revenues... :-)
Regards

The sky is the limit for Hotel Industry in India as the Tourist spots are unmatched.
Where we lack is the type of unscruplous persons who cheat the foreign tourist.
If indian hospitality is extended,I have no doubt India should top the tourism charts and related Hotel industry.
The art of making tourist feel at home should be learnt from Singapore,Bankok etc.
