I prefered rediff over indiatimes because of sensible realistic matter. I was sick and tired of ridiculous toi headlines such as "america goes ga-ga over hrithik" when the jersey city indian association invited him for some non-descript show. Or "the world grooves to indias tune" when some punjabi song was played in a UK bar. Please try not to be so cheap.
Do you dimwits read what you write? What Indian MNCs shaking the world? A tractor here or there? For starters, not a single Indian PSU can match anything Chinese PSUs can produce, from telecom eqwuipoment, electronics or consumer goods. And the rare billion dollar MNCs are almost exclusively in IT. So, stop your stupid feel-good, empty boasting and chest-thumping - it's just not cool.

Whoever you are, you need to do some research on India. Read this to clear away your ignorance - You mentioned India only has IT MNCs - which is false. Tata Motors bought over Daewoo of Korea - which is not IT rather Automobile industry. Mahindra & Mahindra is only now entering the NA market but has penetrated the European and Australian markets almost a decade ago - also not an IT company. Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has also gone global in its aviation export to other nations supplying supersonic jets such as Tejas - also not IT. ICICI bank has grown into an Indian MNC giving competition to ING and other online banks directly with better service and compatable GIC (fixed deposit) rates globally. Ranbaxy, as mentioned in this article has grown and has a long list in its pipeline which will improve its overall world ranking as an MNC. My list can go on but REDIFF has only a few characters left for me to write. Next time you write something about India, get your facts straight and a word of advice - always check your grammar and spelling.
