I find this article very interesting..........and will like to give my experience with who else but Rediff-shopping.......
I made the mistake of purchasing a 7 in 1, Mp4 player, etc. etc. on the rediff site recently... The item received is not as per specs, Not 256 MB but 115 MB, appearance different than the photo on site, battery life very less etc.......the site says any complaint is registered in 24-48 hours.....
I am sending mails for last few days regularly and so far nobody has bothered to get back to me..
My feedback to them is not appearing on their feedback column at all......this makes me wonder, whether all feedbacks on their site are fake.....
I trust when they print the article like the one here.....they should also read and perhaps follow what they are putting on their site....
