Ideas or points to be kept in mind for any improvements as mentioned by Debashish Sarkar surely are worth keeping in mind for any corporation, individual to while he is looking/working on improvements for sustainable tangible benefits to accrue.

This works for any system, methodologies or techniques.

6 Tips or improvement by Debashish
by Prof R K Gupta on Feb 16, 2006 04:07 PM

The comments made by Debashish about consultants are cetainly not palatable.Such sweeping remarks should be avoided.
Many consultants come from hardcore industry experience with succesful track record.Only thing is that they are normally not seriously allowed to eneter into organisational working by people like debashish in ciorporate power.
As regards his ACCEPT approach, there is nothing new or different except use of some jargons. Each organisation has to design own processes and involve people around those. The hierarchial structure of corporates actually inhibit expression of initiative and talent within the employees. Most organisations fail due to failure in building team spirit.
