Narayan Murthy speech reminds me of address to Chicago Religious Convention by Swami Vivaka Nanda with his passionate Speech he made known to the world about the values of Indain civilasation and how it withstood the test of times.
Murthys conviction about companies driven by values in surviving intense market competition similarly reflects indian ethos, principal of truth and honesty which unfortunaltely we indians have put in the dumps in our pursuit of amassing wealth and driven by greed.Infosys is a shinning example of the companies driven of values.Its consistency of growth has exmplified that values and ethics can be driving force not only in Corporate governance but in our personal and professional life.
I am sure Murthy and his beliefs will be emulated by leaders of corporations in India and across the globe.

With all the realization that Sri Narayan Murty is an Icon of younger successful Infosys Achievers, I do not feel that his saga and convictions on courage , Truth and conscience are likely to lead to every aspirant to professional achievement,irrespective of far-too many coincidences ,mishaps ,contingencies that life throws up. Every word out of the visionary's mouth is gospel to me.. and the way he has stressed on ethics above all is simply amazing.. He truly is the best brand ambassador for India.. Global with Indian values.. And yes Murthy sir, I will try to be more courageous...
