INEFFICIENT ICICI Bank As well as ICICIDIRECT.Com staff
by Valmiki Singh on Mar 14, 2009 01:21 PM

Dear Mr. Kamath,
first of all please accept my Greeting to you. I know that in Banking Industries ICICI Bank has brought a revolutionary concept. But the momentum has not been kept.A lot of inefficient proffessionals have joined the herds. This has brought several inefficiencies in the areas of customers satisfaction.
I had been a HNI customer for the bank. But the unsatisfactory services have compelled me to shift my account to some other bank. The height of unsatisfaction is so much so that, I now developed a sort of bad taste of their services and a feeing of repulsion has already crept in my mind.My reasons are not unfounded.
I have relocated from Mumbai to Gurgaon in the last week of December 08. I had requested for change of Address in both accounts( Savings A/C no. 000401046493 as well as my demat A/C.No.IN300183-13472996). The requisite procedures have been duly and properly followed as advised by the staff .The request have been made in the third week of Feb,2009.
Although the change of address have been effected in my savings account although very late, the required changes have not been effected in my demat account. I have made numerous phone calls to the inefficient executives of the ICICIDirect.com at Gurgaon office(DLF branch).Every time I have to recite my plight to these guys and to my utter disappointment the desired result is missing from their menu of action. It must be born in minds of those who are at the helms of affairs that customer has only option

ICICI Bank
by Siddharth on Aug 09, 2006 02:23 AM

Dear Mr Kamath
Most of your employees-especially the young ones have no idea what banking is about. They promise a lot to customers, but their delivery is poor.Your bank is technoligically advanced, but a lot is depends on manpower which will make or mar a organisation. With your high turnover of manpower,it is more so needed.Few people like you at the top are good, but it needs to come down to sustain.Hope ICICI will focus more on teaching banking to employees-not only selling.
Pl treat it as input not as criticism.

sir why your telecallers are more towards "gainning the buissness" instead puting forward all facts about your products. say for example while offering loan they will always hide some levies, ultimately
emi will be more than what actually tald.it becomes a matter of dispute this unnecessarily increasing grivences and probably harming your esteem organisation. I humbaly request to make your marketing people more transparent.
