hi, i am a customer od idbi bank. i hold a savings a/c with idbi bank. the keep debiting my a/c without prior information as and when they want under the pretext of minimum balance charges. when i opened the a/c it was a zero balance a/c but suddenly they converted it into a normal a/c without informing me.They even debited a sum of rs.3500/-directly for the same.No one is ready to cooperate .they dont haveany thing like customer service.

This isn't going to go away Sir. The bank knows that you arent going to complain over a few rupess of money, and even if you do complain, you have to have to face such incompetent staff who hardly know a thing about thier own organisations rules and charges, and over and above that, they would furnish some stupid rule or sectin according to which these charges have been made, and after all your hassle, you know that you arent going to be refunded the amount.
And nobody is going to spend such effort and money over such matters. I too had been a customer with such a so called cusotmer oriented private bank. I lost thousands of money for no fault of my mine, on the pretext of hundreds of various charges. I fought, fought for a long time, got back all my money, closed down all my accounts, and returned to good old State Bank of India. I Know I am not going to get great service at their branches too, but with their wide ATM service, I can access my money anytime, besides I know my money isn't vanishing anywhere, and I dont get those stupid online marketing calls all the time.
