They talk as though they are doing some charity by holding on to the price...selling an 17-18 Rupee commodity for 45 Rs is no charity...it is probably the highest taxed item in the country. You can even term it as 'looting the public'!!! Think only the fabulously rich use petrol??? What does two wheelers, Autorickshaws etc run on?? Water???
