The makingof flyovers and metro won't solve the problem. There is unauthorised construction and encrochment of roads and that needs to be addressed first. The traffic rules are hardly followed and it seems there is no law exists in the roads!! If you want to make Delhi transport better then- 1-Do not allow any encrochment on the roads 2- Zero tolerence for unauthorised parking 3- The trafic sign boards should be clear and no bills allowed nearby these sign posts. 4- Strict enforcement of the trafic rules 5-The trafic enforcing staff should be sent to developed countries for training to see how the trafic flows and how the rules are strictly followed. India can never become super or superior, its always the sub or subordinate. To say even Pakistan is superior to India, may not by wealth, or status but by... Not only people make the politicians, that people too are made by the politicians. When this reverse process is prevalent, any thing will disintegrate.
