I think this guy not only lacks knowledge but carries with himself some preemptive notion of left-hate. He is such a frustated lot( like many other writers in rediff ) having seen that some people raised their voice against any kind of oppression.Hence he concluded that they should be jailed or put their mouth shut..This guy wants that so that no one raise voice against any injustice, whether social,economic and political..Congress already lost his voice..Lefts are barking but they will not do anything..that what i know of them..but the trend of this writer is dangerous..anything and everything that people want to protest against indiscriminate capitalism should he hut down..I am sure rediff editors will not post it knowing their political idealism..
Hi, we have followed idea that Communists are forcing for 40 years. It resulted our Per capita income $450 compare to $25,000 for developed countries. From 47 - 90, our growth rate was 1% comare to 5% from 91-04. Communist policy has failed in India and other parts of world. Everyone wants to support poor. But that can be done only by creating wealth. They want to distribute wealth that does not exist. Let all of us educated class support for market driven economy in which government does not run business. India people will do wonders in creating wealth and lifting people from poverty line and improve their living standard. Government just make sure that every one is literate. Regards Santosh
The author has rightly pointed out the double standards maintained by the communists in this country. The communists always tend to assume an all-knowing attitude.It is correctly mentioned about the left concept being self-declaredly associated with the communists. These are a bunch of bullies who want to assume power without responsibility else how could one explain reluctance to come in power when available on hand for the betterment of the society. These group resemble those critics who do not believe in the basic laws of nature & fundamentally are not capable of accepting other's ability. Awareness through such articles is essentially required as the communists are in a attempt to project themselves as the lone saviours of the country whereas they are non-practical, stupidly orthodox and all set to take the present generation pitifully into the 18th century. Though it is pretty sure that they can never come into power, an awareness drive is very much required to project the distinctly hypocritic attitude of the communists.
