Althought any progress in processing speed is welcome, I believe the trend should be to diminish the hardware's footprint, to make devices less bulky, fully concealable. Having a stronger, faster processor as a base may be one of the ways towards achieving the total dissappearance of portable hardware, giving birth to our future of uninterrupible, wearable, secure, communications, data management, surveilance, and entertainment.
