sr. citizens beware of Apollo munich health insurance, they are not to be trusted we have been contacting mr Amrit Garg,Manager (Grievance Cell)Apollo munich health insurance for over 4 months but he refuses to understand/accept/mishappening of Apollo munich health insurance that they have given us false medical reports just to make easy and unearned money We, sr.citizens,were asked to go to their medical centre to get tests done as per their requirement.5 tests were done between my wife and myself.Medical centre and agency development mgr said charges will be reimbursed full 100% by apollo munich health insurance Thereafter apollo munich health insurance sent 5 14=19 reports(14 tests were not done on us) After a month, they told me why they returned reports. When apollo munich health insurance can send me test results of 14 medical tests which were not done on us, will anybody under the sky, believe the 1 test result they say to reject our application can be true !!!!! Secondly, giving reason after a month is definitely on second thought, just to avoid reimbursement and making easy unearned money. we are healthy people hence never expected, even in dream, that we will be medically rejected. apollo munich health insurance has made cheap money a) interest on the premium b) medical charges we paid c) charges for the 14 tests which were not done on us.Even Vishamjeet Khokher Sr.Manager(Grievance Cell)refuses to understand/accept/mishappening of Apollo munich health insurance
My experience about online term policies - Aviva-i-life
Looking at the advices from various sources about buying online term policies, I've first time applied for a product from Aviva, the online term policy i.e. Aviva-i-life. I've paid a premium almost a month back thru internet banking, that is the process of applying online. You first pay the premium and later you don't have any option but to chase them for either the issueance of policy or the refund. Still there is no update or committment from them as when actually the Insurance formalities will be completed and policy will be issued. I am just waiting and waiting.
I'll advise if you are going for online term policies, pls try some other insurance company. I've blocked my substantial sum (for SA 50Lacs) with no assurance as when I'll get the policy or refund. I've droped enormous emails and made phone calls. Every time i just get a plain reply, "your issue is forwarded and you will get response in 48 hours. a plain or copy/pasted message".
Two reasons I decided to buy this policy (1) ET Wealth has given 5*s to this policy and Also I had seen Sachin Tedulkar in one of the advertisements, so thought that the company must be ethical and customer care oriented. I'm disappointed.
Can I request ET either to help me in this to get resolved or reduce the rating of Aviva i-life dratically as people are falling pray to this.

Sales people will run after you then u have to run. after 10 reminders of mail no single reply. if u call customer there system is 24*7 down. even branch staff is total unaware of evey process and always down.. is my personal experience so who want suffer can go for this co..
