Big deal

This is just a laptop + projector (laptop includes CD/DVD player, stereo system, monitor, etc.). Those of us who use these things regularly know well that both of these devices have been sufficiently minitiarized to be carried in a backpack. Why don't IIT professors try to create something that is truly innovative.

the indians are at it again! first it was a simputer which to the agony of everybody, was just a small calulator which the world had abandoned long ago. and now the mother of all inventions! this is just wasting govt. money folks, these book-reading dont know the difference between an invention and a petty assemblage! and please keep the price down! it cant cost more than twenty thousand, even with a colour monitor!

To those Inidans, be assured to know that India is still the one of the worst and poorest third world country... where malaria, dengue fever run amock regularly claiming millions of life, people live without food, water and shelter. Look instead of manufactering (yes this not discovery) third rate technology of put together computer and DVD, Indian scientist (from IIT Bombay) should work on developing real technology that would help us build good road, communication system, better weather prediction system, irrigation system, better railway system...etc. But I guess money hungry third grade indian scientists are as goog as their country. India is shining! Really??
