Kindly let me know where the Biryani Merchant is exactly situated in Bangalore. I've tried preparing biryani three times at home, never satisfied. I love Mutton Biryani. In Kerala the best biryani restaurants are Kayees Restaurant, Ernakulam, Zain's Restaurant, Calicut and Paris Restaurant, Tellicherry. I will visit Biryani Merchant when I come to Bangalore next. with reference to the subjects which i dohave now is that u have given the details that biriyani had been discovered by the customs of northern india & a diffrent terminology. i feel that Biryanis are an origin of the Typicas souths. The customs of making biryani happens to b a base of the southern culinary style.
