But definitely the PM can appeal the House.

And get it ratified there if it would please the SC.

And do so in the national interest.

Like Sonia recently tested who is with whom, the PM can also identify those who think in the direction of the national interest, and those towing the line of party interest and the vote bank.

Let the people with a little common sense know who are for the country and who are for their parties !
It will help them decide whom to trust for entrusting with power in the next election.

"On the SC judgment, Sorabjee said contrasting views were possible in matters involving interpretation of statutes.

"No human being can claim infallibility, neither a lawyer nor a judge, when it comes to interpretation of statutes. Different benches of the Supreme Court have given different views on similar issues," Sorabjee said."Quote.

But when it comes to interpretation of patriotism beyond all other elements the people who are sitting in the HP have to exhibit their patriotism while issues at stake are affecting national interest where the lives of crores of people are influenced one way or the other.

Judiciary is driven exclusively by the legal framework & its dictats. Good.
