Once police has confirmed the fraud, still how website is running ? Why police has not send the legal notice to ISP to shutdown the website, or changed the home page with notice ? this is where our police is still lagging ?
Its not new - tricking people into investing seems to be a recurring feature and there is no watch-dog to monitor these firms. There should be a system in place to check the financial performance of these cos-it should be mandatory to disclose financial audited results which will alert the people in time and act as a deterrent to cheats.
Dont you all feel Government should take some major precaution and cross verify, approve each concept like this. At least we can have a better tomorrow for others.
This is not the first company and their are more than 1000 company like this in India. Its high time that Indian Government should track down these and form some sorts of bill and approves all this.
Otherwise our own Indians will have lots of plans to invade our own resources.

Well, it's another of the canny intelligence that is used by Shahs & Mehtas like the late Harshad Bhai of the infamous Bombay Stock Exchange fiasco. I mean, it's sheer tricky intelligence these guys have to swindle huge sums without general public's notice. Though a crime but has to be appreciated as to how they plan for it...This surely keeps us on our toes as MONEY IS NOT AN EASY GAME!
