Good advice, but most impractical.

The PM knows too well that nothing moves under the sun in India even an mm, leave alone an inch, without the lubrication of "vyavahaar".

It is not bribe, it is called the "necessary vyavahaar" - an accepted way of life in this country.

No person with a sound mind can strictly follow this advice of the PM unless he wants to invite serious troubles from the various and most unthought of sources.

Those who tried to follow the straight route have experienced so much of problems that they have realized the futility of cleanliness.

"One has to be practical for peaceful living in this country. Otherwise migrate." This is the advice that the experienced and mature people give out to those seeking a straight-forward and pure way of living, without doing any "vyavahaar" - the ignorant.

Nothing in this country moves even a single mm without this inevitable "vyavahhar".

One has to be practical, and these farmers have learnt to be practical. For slow learners the price tag is sometimes much higher. "Why didnt he fall in line in the first place ? The case has now become too complicated to handle".

And this "vyavahaar" is prevalent in all walks of the daily life.
