Period leave (2 days per month) to be gender neutral with male staff needing to avail them when their partner is going through periods so that they can take care of more of the household chores on those days. This is the RIGHT way to do considering equality and also solves most of the challenges in such policies incl. discrimination/ misuse otherwise.
