I receive HRA of about Rs three lakh which was paid erroneously and was recovered in month of Mar 23. Now my form 16 and 27 AS. The recovered amount of Rs 3 lakh is not reflected as it is recovered in Mar and gen F 16 is made based on Salary till Feb. I filed ITR 1 with actual salary received from Apr 22 to Mar 23 but got notice from IT about defective ITR. It Mentions to comply with rule 37BA. What shall I do
