I was 125kg in December 2021. Began my weight loss journey on December 14, 2021 and I have already lost 11kgs. These days I am hovering around 114kg and I don't do any fad thing. I don't go to a gym, I don't take any fancy diet. I just walk 10km a day, 5km in morning and 5km in evening and eat normal home cooked food controlling my portions. I'd say my weight loss technique is better than hers.
