However you will get job soon for sure. keep digging naukri, monster and linkedin. also, forget about that union siht. it doesn't work here. You are working in IT and not in a rice mill. they could have definitely tolerated you on bench for few more months but your association with that caused you this situation.
In India Truth is not supported .... Helping others , or saying anything that is true is a sin .....for that I myself have suffered for last 35 years , I am now 56 ready to retire in next say 2 years the day I am out I will be jobless with no salary , no PF , no graduity , no pension nothing .....because during my young age I supported truth ...The one whom I supprted during my various phases in life try to avoid me ....ALL are very well settled and each time I was made Scape goat ...now working merely on 25 k salary ...so Bro take care GOD BLESS YOU
