Good that you remained positive. But remember you may not be out of it completely. Do take great care of yourself & your family. This disease does not forgive people who take it lightly. All the best to you. I believe that when the vaccine comes out people like you who have recovered should receive it first then the others.

I am no fan of yoga but I being positive is important. Any form of exercise is good & yoga is not special. I am yet to hear one Olympic gold medallist talk about the benefits of yoga.

yoga is for general health only and it certainly would not give anyone an edge in any competitive sport requiring a specialized training!!
