The writer is simply trying to push digitisation in all his five points. Where is the need for an engineer in banking, finance, insurance sectors? Engineers are required in factories, auotmobile, space, avaiation, construction, workshops etc. Even these fields have their levels of digitisation. Banking software does not require any creativity to run it on daily basis whereas engg software CATIA, ANSYS, AutoCAD, ReVit, Staad Pro require skill and ingenuity is every new design - and these engineers constantly learn and upgrade themselves in the use of these software during basic degree and post grad courses.
