Sir, Your observation very helping to rethink regard attitude at workplace. In India most of the working people believed in negative attitude for taking attention from their co-worker and tried to fixed measure aspect of their life such as Income, by taking the secure job in Government and believing the rest of the life for enjoyment, pressure and forget many aspect of life such as health, body shape, mental balance, spirituality. In last they are becomes very self centric. this all bad attitude nurtured by our politician for their personal benefited, by supporting for youths smart work as they does in their life in finding government job, not in the business sector. Such negative attitude hurdle in India progress. I am very happy that you know the Pune City they are lakh of student come to preparation for government job, in last most of them doesn't gets by taking more attempt due to very few number of recruitment publish by Gov. but in last his opportunity in private sectors also minimized and feel more helpless. Very few honest person from government like Nitin Gadkari Ji tell us the reality in Job creation concept in India.

1) When India was struggling in industrial revolution, harassment of government servant at workplace was common. They ultimately blamed Givernment sector as White Elephant and stoped development in education, healthcare etc. 2) NPA- irresponsible and disrespectful was towards public money in banks. 3) They blamed highly efficient people from SC/ST/OBC/minority in the basis of their cast etc. They cannot learn 4) They could not learn to live peacefully in a family where each one is following his/her own religion. 5) Indian businessman are strong believer of familism at top meat places of organisation. 6) They spent more time destroying business of others specially those with new thoughts or new generation persons from lower sections of society. 7) Paying taxes to government or, dividend to public seemed as sure path to failure of business instead they have setup a strong broker system to ‘manage’ it. 8) Least consideration to labour’s family and health. Blaming Democracy for all their failures towards them, as if Dictatorship will solve all problems but that they did earlier this by blaming Govt sector for their failure. Since 1990-2020 in 30 years they could not prove themselves correct and proved another bigger White Dinosaurs! 9) Success in business means how much pollution you can create bypassing all the treatment methods through broker management. Least concern for public health and society at large while maintaining high ranks with religious saints e
