Their is no salary or only 70% salary in many Companies which are large scale industries, where already people are earning hand to mouth and in the present scenario when the prices of all essential commodities are increased how can supreme court give a decision against the salaried class. Does the Supreme court not have any moral responsibility of asking the Government that how are these people going to survive.

Basically such employer are opportunist & marked them as BLACK LISTED COMPANY WHO DOES NOT SUPPORT THE CITIZEN OF PANDAMIC COUNTRY.
