During this COVID-19 situation companies should also look beyond IIMs as there are many talented students in other category of institutes and its our responsibility to help them in their career. Mass of this country belongs there only.Academic brilliance does not work in professional life its natural talent , practical approach , skills that matter a lot. Comapnies only run after brands but they forget that real talent lies outside which is neglected. I request corporate leaders to go to small towns and cities and interact with B and C category of institutes where they will find exceptional talent waiting o be explored. As the responsible leaders we are not responsible for only few but to every citizen of this country . People will be very happy when they will read that corporates have recruited so many students from unknown institutes.
