4. "Mugging up" is there in dictionaries. 5. Yes, we use "very" too much. 6. Even westerners nowadays say "return back" for come/go back! 10. "Station" doesn't have to do with trains. One can be stationed somewhere. "Out of station" means away from the place where you are stationed.
Rightly pointed out. We Indian use these words so effortlessly that now its difficult for anyone to use the words as suggested. The problem is we all learn in English, transact our office work in English but we verbally communicate in Hindi or any vernacular language. It has made us too casual for our usage of English.

agree with you, we have modified English to suit our needs and convey our urgency, respect to seniors and many more. it is OK as long as meanigs are not last.
English is a live, dynamic language which is updated annually to include new words and exclude the obsolete ones. They should adopt the lingua franca of Indians who will outnumber the English speaking population of all these countries put together. Indian population is 138 Crore, the population of US,UK, Canada and Australia combined is ONLY 46 Crores. Their tutors must learn Indian words and upgrade themselves and not teach Indians.
