I agree wit point 4 made by Nidhi. The family wants woman to make all the compromises and sacrifices. Husbands also do not support women. Whether the woman is an employee or is an entrepreneus does not matter in our male dominated chaunistic society.I always wonder why the millenial male of today can not support his wife by offering to share the load in house chores. He wants the money earned by the wife and at the same time does not want to cooperate if she has to ,say, attend a conference or a training. I wonder when will this change?
