Why not? Most of us Indians spend their lives in pleasing others. Be it their career choices or marriage or anything else. We are thought to get into the rat race rather than hearing to our own mind and soul. A minuscule number of people in India are doing what they actually love doing and are more successful and happy than others. Having stress is obvious with our kind of attitude and temperament.
My personal suggestion to all men and women including millennials is to do meditation for 15 minutes everyday to bust stress. I am personally following this for many years now and i can vouch for its effectiveness. It is best to do meditation empty stomach i.e. one and half hours after having tea and two and half hours after meals. There are many schools of meditation. You can learn and follow anyone of them. I follow the Brahmrishi method of meditation. Sanjiv Kapoor
