But i reduced 9 kgs in 2 months but just changing my diet. Having loads of fruits, vegetables, protein and fiber shake. No Rice or Chapatis 5 days a week. But on weekends i forgive myself and eat what i want. Without workout i lost 9 kgs from 105 to 96 in just 2 months.

Forgot to add, i stopped drinking tea with sugar instead used Honey, So its black tea with honey. Never felt weak cause of the different type of melons, carrot juice, water melon juice, apples i was consuming. Weekends as i said i have anything i want but for 5 days its nearly a very highly reduced carbohydrate, high protein high fiber diet.
