Only govt. provides job security, none else barring hardly 3 to 5 employers in whole India, due to this govt. job security, one can see large number of cases in labour courts, CAT, matters relating to exploitation for woman and SC,ST etc., and unions. Urgent need is to consider every govt. employee on army pattern, where they are screen at every stage before promotion and normally retired early when vacancies are not available at higher positions.
