I am 45 years old and I stay fit by regularly going to Gym and pursuing Martial Arts (Karate) training twice a week. My Gym Routine involves more of functional training and less of weight training. Further I keep a balanced diet in terms of heavy breakfast full of carbs, followed by a bit lighter lunch of two rotis and vegetables and / or Chicken dish and a very light dinner of Soups / Salads.
