I dont think any Asians including Indians will refuse to go developed countries including USA. Students who go to study with the intention of staying. Very few come back.
Of late studying in USA has become complicated. More we Indians don't change our ways. We are so used to manage people in India, we think we can do it anywhere and every where. The net results hav been very much addressed.
