Actually, the fact is !! Nowdays men are getting deprived of right opportunities. Govt is making policies for women vote and under bribe/pressure/lobbying from international agencies (India is a big market for them). By hook or crook, Govt is trying to put money in women's hand. Definitely this policy will backfire heavily one day
