This is nothing but Yoga. All the exercises mentioned here are an integral part of an elementary Yoga routine.
Stop this unnecessary sensationalising.
The essential point is there are absolutely no short cuts to weight loss. One has to sweat it out.
Also surprising is that there is no mention of diet in this article. One can do as many exercises as he/she may want. However if calories consumed are more than calories burnt, one will never loose weight even if does these exercises 24X7 for a 100 years.
